Hi I’m Billie-Jo

I am a wife, mommy and blogger at Billie-Jo’s Kitchen. I am married to the love of my life and best friend Jimmy. I jumped into motherhood at the age of 48, when we adopted a set of three siblings. I embraced the love, challenges and joys that came along with being a new mom. As a mom of 3 energetic kids, I quickly realized the importance of meal planning, organizing and creating lasting memories with my family.

Weekly Bible Verse

For I know the plans I have for you, “declares the Lord,”plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.

  • Clutter or Declutter is the Question

Let’s talk about how kids are so different.    If you remember I said kids are like waffles and spaghetti. All kids are different, which I know you know. Isabella is the opposite of JJ. She is like a plate of spaghetti opposite of JJ being a waffle. He thrives […]
